After cutting of this piece you end up with a perfect straight line. It is almost impossible to make the same just glueing piece together.

That makes perfect sense :) The amount that is cut off just looked a bit too wide (at least what I could judge from the video), almost half of the glued surface inside. That got me a bit confused, since I go much more conservative with the trimming :) Thanks for sharing!

@@Nazguloid some people cut about 4-5 mm ( usually I cut smaller strip but for a video purposes I made that cut a bit bigger 😉)

Fiebing’s edge pain all the way!!! Works great even with heat ( what I meant is that it is leveling when using edge creaser )

@@pichevskij yep, it was Tokonole, but… In those small bottles I use 50/50 mix of tokonole and water ( it’s more watery and works the same… found it somewhere on internet:) )

For a quite long period of time I use SDI cutter knife with changeable 30 degree blades. Work good on a straight lines and on a more curved or “problematic” places cuz tip has this sharp angle

I believe that there is as much different variations as people who are willing to use those minimal wallets. Changing a curve here and there heading one stage and so on can easily change the design of your wallet, but very often people can say “this is a copy of the wallet of what was made by ….. 5 years ago”

This is the only way))) Like my friend told me: “ you have to do 10000 bad stitches before making one good )))

Oh, starting from chrome tanned leather and finishing with alligator or even shark leather. For this wallet, on my opinion, the perfect match is Italian buttero leather. Wallet made out of this leather would be your friend for life😂😂
